Welcome to Cheapdo , a freelancing platform that connects employers (“Clients”) with independent professionals (“Freelancers”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, browsing, or using Cheapdo services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this platform. Users under 18 may only use the service under parental supervision.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• All registration information must be accurate and up to date.
• Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
• Harass, abuse, or interfere with other users.
• Post spam, misleading job descriptions, or fake gigs.

5. Services and Listings

• Freelancers are responsible for accurately describing their services and deliverables.
• Clients must clearly define project requirements when posting jobs.
• Cheapdo is not involved in the actual transaction between parties and assumes no liability for the quality or delivery of work.

6. Payments and Fees

• Payment terms are agreed upon directly between Client and Freelancer.
• Cheapdo may collect payments on behalf of users and release funds upon successful completion of the job.
• A small service fee may apply per transaction (see Payment Policy for details).
• Refunds are handled based on mutual agreement unless otherwise governed by dispute resolution mechanisms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Cheapdo unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheapdo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may also delete their accounts at any time via the settings page.

10. Dispute Resolution

Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly. Cheapdo may offer mediation assistance in certain cases but is not obligated to do so.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
